A club for everyone
Maiwand FC started in 2002 with one team, a borrowed set of shirts and a group of friends who wanted a game on Saturday. Two decades on we field six teams across junior, youth and senior grades, and our sideline is as much a part of the club as the pitch.
We train in West Auckland, we play across the region, and we welcome players of every background and ability. No trials to turn up, no experience needed — just a willingness to give it a go.
